Alteon3D designed and developed a customized driving light bracket for the Honda ADV 160, transforming the concept into a functional prototype tailored to the motorcycle’s existing mounting points.

Using Siemens Solid Edge, the bracket was modeled in 3D and refined through iterative design adjustments to achieve proper alignment, fitment, structural considerations, and visual appeal. The workflow covered concept development, detailed CAD modeling, and prototype development to evaluate the design’s practical application.

The resulting prototype demonstrates how digital product design and engineering can address specific mounting requirements while supporting a streamlined path toward further validation and potential production.
