Overview
Demonstrate hands-on technical expertise in using assigned software during pre-sales and post-sales activities; and handle discussions with goals to highlight the capabilities/features, benefits and advantages of the product/s being offered
Assist customers on product queries, installation and licensing problems, and resolution of possible complains thru troubleshooting, research, or providing necessary advice
Attend technical meetings, workshops, and product update training to keep oneself adept.
Research and study additional training’s that will supplement and help improve his/her work functions or role
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Major in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
At least (1) year experience in Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing companies
Possess excellent presentation skills; ability to exert noticeable impact in customer related affairs and decision making
With ability to deal with all types of people with perseverance and great deal of enthusiasm; ability to work in a team environment
Must be tech-savvy or passionate about science and technology
