Alpha Resins

Alpha Resins

Form Studio 1 launches with Alpha Resins, a new resin family built specifically for it:

- Materials: Alpha Grey, White, Black, Clear, Fast, and Model
- Safety: Printed on Form Studio 1 with the VOC Extractor, Alpha Resins are the first and only 3D printing resins with UL GREENGUARD Gold certification for low chemical emissions
- Compatibility: Alpha Resins run only on Form Studio 1 and are not compatible with Form 4/4B or Form 4L/4BL; Form Studio 1 also runs select Formlabs resins.

VOC Extractor

VOC Extractor

The VOC Extractor is an external filtration device that attaches to the printer and removes volatile organic compounds during printing. It is the key that unlocks Form Studio 1's UL GREENGUARD Gold certification, and it is also compatible with Form 4 and Form 4B, so partners with an existing Formlabs base can attach it to printers already in the field

Form Studio 1

Form Studio 1

Form Studio 1 is the first affordable, professional-grade resin 3D printer with a powerful, long-lasting print engine and an open platform. It prints most parts in under two hours with razor-sharp detail, powered by the same Low Force Display (LFD) architecture as the Form 4, updated for this printer.

Form Studio Wash+Cure

Form Studio Wash+Cure

Form Studio Wash+Cure is a compact, affordable, all-in-one washing and curing station that completes the Form Studio 1 ecosystem. Washing and curing share a single footprint, which means less tabletop space, fewer devices to manage, and a faster path to finished parts.
