BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICIES

CIM Technologies, Inc.


1. Booking Confirmation

  • All training course bookings must be made online through our official website: www.cimtechnologies.com.

  • Your booking is considered provisional until full payment is received and verified.

  • Confirmation of your slot will be sent via email upon successful payment verification.


2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be settled within [Insert # of days] after booking.

  • Payments may be made via bank transfer (instructions provided during checkout).

  • Proof of payment must be emailed to educationcenter@cimtechnologies.com with the subject format:

    Payment - Order #[Order Number] - [Last Name]

  • Failure to pay within the payment window may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.


3. Cancellations by Client

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at least [Insert #] business days before the start date of the training.

  • Approved cancellations may be:

    • Fully refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on cancellation timing (to be specified by CIM).

  • Cancellations made after the allowed window may result in forfeiture of payment.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must also be made via email.

  • Rescheduling may be allowed subject to slot availability.

  • CIM Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to apply administrative fees for rescheduling after [Insert #] reschedules.


5. Cancellations or Rescheduling by CIM Technologies

  • CIM Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, you will be offered:

    • An alternative schedule;

    • Full refund (if no alternative schedule is acceptable to the participant).


6. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment.


7. Participant Substitution

  • Substitutions may be allowed provided CIM Technologies is notified at least [Insert #] business days prior to the scheduled training.


8. Force Majeure

  • CIM Technologies shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to causes beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, etc.).
