Tough 1000 Resin is a ductile, impact-resistant material with strength, stiffness, and toughness comparable to high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with excellent wear and fatigue resistance. Tough 1000 Resin is designed for parts that bend, compress, or deform without cracking. It is ideal for impact-resistant jigs, fixtures, durable end-use parts, hinges, gears, ball joints, and other functional parts that experience repeated stress and wear.
