Mr. Rogel Corral, the IT Administrator of Atkins Philippines recently shares his thoughts and insights on how the success of any company is partly attributed to their chosen business partners. “I have known CIM for years now as a company that provides not just reliable software solutions like Autodesk but also as a company that delivers outstanding customer service to their business partners. In an industry where time is of the essence and deadlines that leaves no room for downtimes, I’m able to rely on CIM to assist us on our needs no matter what time or how minor the problems are,” Mr. Corral said.

Mr. Corral spearheads over-all IT concerns including networking, internal systems, training and lab maintenance, helpdesk administration, manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies for Manila office, etc. He also used to work with Hyder Consulting Philippines and has been in the IT engineering for more than 4 years.

According to him, CIM is consistently reliable based on his experiences over the years. He shared an experience that greatly helped him during the time he needed CIM’s support. “One time in my previous company, we had a technical problem at around 1 am, I called up CIM and we were immediately accommodated with no hesitations. CIM proved to be there above and beyond the call of duty.” He further stressed that CIM has an extreme dedication for the clients’ needs and its sales effort doesn’t end upon the purchase of the client, but more importantly extends to the after-sales service as well.
