New Teamcenter Manufacturing options

Teamcenter Express is enjoying growing global success in delivering a preconfigured cPDM solution that enables SMBs to complete their design-through-manufacturing projects faster. New Teamcenter Manufacturing options are now available for Teamcenter Express users enabling SMBs to extend their cPDM environment to include management of data and processes for single part machining operations, and bringing the Teamcenter Express product line more in line with existing Teamcenter offerings. Teamcenter Express customers can easily manage data created in NX CAM and CAM Express, create process plans for single part machining operations and manage libraries of machines and tools.To simplify our product offerings in this area, the Teamcenter Express Manufacturing products have been retired and the equivalent Teamcenter Manufacturing modules are now enabled for Teamcenter Express customers:

• TCX24100 – Teamcenter Express Manufacturing Author
• TCX24110 – Teamcenter Express Manufacturing Resource Manager
• TCX24120 – Teamcenter Express Manufacturing Part Planner

Existing customers who have implemented any of the Teamcenter Express Manufacturing products can exchange these products for the equivalent product(s) from the Teamcenter portfolio when they upgrade to Teamcenter Express V5 or later as detailed in the ALRT document and in the customer letter.

Updated CIMdata Product Review Whitepaper available

CIMdata’s product review of Teamcenter Express has been updated to reflect the new capabilities in Teamcenter Express Version 5 and is available on SalesCentre and the partner portal.
